CloudGrid Energy took part in the World AI Cannes Festival on 13 February 2026, alongside Policloud and Hivenet.

Policloud announced the commissioning of 100 units in 2026, representing more than 25,000 GPUs, and a target of 1,000 units by the end of 2030.

Among the installations presented: a Policloud 100 for CloudGrid Energy in France, consuming locally the electricity produced by a wind farm reaching the end of its feed-in tariff contract.

“In a more constrained environment for renewables, we needed a solution to increase the economic value of our electricity. Policloud converts our kWh into CPU/GPU compute hours, creating a new high value-added revenue stream.” — Eric Reisse, CEO & Co-Founder of CloudGrid Energy.
